findstr (cmd)

findstr /s /i /n "facture" *.txt
findstr /r /c:"^ERREUR" app.log
ipconfig | findstr IPv4
tasklist | findstr /i chrome

Options : /s récursif, /i insensible à la casse, /n numéros, /v lignes ne contenant pas, /c:"texte exact".

Select-String (PowerShell)

Select-String -Path C:\logs\*.log -Pattern 'erreur|échec'
Get-ChildItem -Recurse -Include *.txt | Select-String 'facture' -List
Get-Content app.log -Wait | Select-String 'ERREUR'     # suivre en direct

Chercher des fichiers par nom : Get-ChildItem. Motifs : expressions régulières.
